The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company/website” individually and collectively refer to M/S LISSOME ART having office at “NIRMAL” ,YOGIDARSHAN SOCIETY,STREET NO. 2, NR. LIMBUDI WADI, B/H SWAMI NARAYAN TEMPLE KALAWAD ROAD,RAJKOT -360004, GUJARAT and the terms “You” /”Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users. The terms and conditions laid down on the website shall be read as the “terms of use” of website 1zero1zero.com. Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
- We at 1zero1zero.com, request visitors on our website, to read the terms and conditions for use of website and our products and services carefully. Your visit to site, browsing and shopping on the website 1zero1zero.com indicates unconditional confirmation of acceptance of these terms & conditions.

2. Products and Product Properties:
- We offer for sale of the handcrafted apparels in natural fabric like Skirts, Dupatta, Stoles and many more. You may opt to make the online purchase of products from the website at displayed price as per the terms and conditions defined here and the specific terms mentioned in the product catalogue.
- The products displayed are handcrafted i.e hand-woven, hand printed and hand dyed, hand spin, hand embroidered and embellished. Hence it may have minor design overlap, little difference in colour which is intrinsic to handicrafts. The same is not considered manufacturing defect and for such reasons we shall not be liable to any claim of whatsoever nature.
- We use natural colours or skin friendly commercial dyes in view of aspirations and choice of customers. We have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be accurate images. We strive hard to get the real image of every product listed, but it should be considered indicative only.
- We put best effort for the reliable description of product and content, we do not warrant the same as error free and accurate.
3.Product Care:
- All the products displayed on website are handcrafted and hence requires specific care while washing. All cotton apparels not having embroidery/ embellishment can be hand washed and inside out drying in shade. Indigo or some other colours may run so the same colour fabric should be washed together.
- Any hand embroidered/embellished product in any fabric and all Silk fabric should be dry cleaned only.
4.Price:
- 4.1 The prices quoted in the product catalogue in Indian currency shall be the final invoice price inclusive of applicable GST and government levies at actuals.
- 4.2 We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, avoid any inconvenience, but pricing or typographical errors may occur. However if price displayed is incorrect for any reason we may opt one of the following options:-
- If the actual price is lower than the displayed on website, the product shall be dispatched to you and balance shall be refunded to your account
If the actual price is higher than the displayed on website, we may contact you at our discretion before dispatch for remittance of difference / cancelation of order and refund the amount paid. - 4.3 We have displayed price in Indian currency only. If you desire to get quote in other currency, we shall provide upon inquiry at [email protected] or “Chat over whatsapp” by you.
- We reserve the sole right and discretion to change and modify the prices at any time.
5.Payment:
The payment of all the orders must be made by Credit or Debit cards on the checkout page. The online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and 1zero1zero.com is not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note that your card issuer may charge you online handling fee or processing fee and we are not responsible for the same.
6.Taxes & Duties:
- The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable rate of GST.
- In case of international shipping. Due to nature of international business and country specific customs duty, infrequent changes in levies by different countries, customer may have to bear the additional cost of such duties/levies. On demand of such levy, you shall have to pay the same to retire the goods from courier service. In case if you fail to pay the duties within stipulated time, the product shall not be delivered to you and order shall be treated as cancelled. No refund of payment shall be given in such case.
7.Communication & Review:
- When you visit the Site, send emails, send SMS or Whatsapp to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
- You may post your review on the website but you shall not post any objectionable content, illegal content or information, content which may hurt feelings / harm interest of third party. Any content like spam, virus or other content posted to harm the website or third party is strictly prohibited and is liable of legal action against the person/persons/entity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 1zero1zero.com, its employees, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to 1zero1zero.com or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
10.Force Majeure:
1zero1zero.com will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.
11.Cessation of operation
1zero1zero.com may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.
12.Termination
1zero1zero.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and 1zero1zero.com may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Products. If your access to the Website is terminated, 1zero1zero.com reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorised access of the Website.
13.Effect of waiver
The failure of 1zero1zero.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
14.Dispute & Grievances:
Any dispute arising out of the transactions carried out between the parties on 1zero1zero.com will be submitted to and governed by the laws of Rajkot, Gujarat. You will not commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts located in Rajkot Gujarat. By using this Website or ordering Products, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this agreement.
